Not to be outdone by the diligent recruiting efforts of U.Va. football coach Mike London and his staff, Cavaliers men’s basketball coach Tony Bennett and Co. nabbed today a significant starting point for its 2011 recruiting class.

In case anybody needs a reminder, college football programs are still permitted to bring in just 25 scholarship players per year. Of course, at the rate U.Va. is going with its 2011 recruiting class, you might think the Cavaliers are headed for a 50-man class.
